Speaking & Press

A voice for Detroit's tech future — and the talent building it.

From moderating panels for higher-education leaders to speaking with the press about AI and the innovation economy, I help translate what's happening in Detroit for the people who need to hear it.

On stage

Topics I speak & moderate on

Detroit's innovation economy & the next wave of technologyCareer-connected learning & the future of workAI as a tool, not a replacementBuilding pathways for HBCU & underrepresented talentEcosystem building & economic mobility

I'm at home on a panel, behind a moderator's mic, or in a classroom of students deciding what comes next. Most recently I moderated the Future Leaders Lecture: The Future of Careers in Tech at Wayne State University, in partnership with the Detroit Regional Chamber's TalentEd team — bringing together higher-education leaders and Detroit's tech ecosystem.

Whether the audience is students, founders, or institutions, the message is consistent: careers in tech are non-linear, AI is a tool rather than a replacement, and Detroit is a place where the next generation can build something real.
